This four week series taught by Rev. Kotoku Crivello is designed to present the basic principles and practices of Zen Buddhism with an emphasis on Soto Zen. The class is intended for those interested in learning about the fundamentals of Zen Buddhism and Zen Practice.

- The Emphasis on Zazen (Shikantaza)
- The meaning and importance of forms and rituals

Each class will include a brief period of Zen meditation with plenty of time during each class for questions and discussion.
While the class is intended for the beginner anyone is welcome to join the conversation. Registration is required. Seating is limited.
